Named after the picturesque and monumental 15-mile-long canyon within its interior, Zion National Park provides an ideal desert setting for any outdoor-based vacation. Though many would argue sleeping under the stars in a tent is the best way to experience Zion, the nearby town of Springdale presents a variety of hotels within just a short distance to the park.
